after reading the comments, i just wanted to let you guys know that this kitty is jordy.
jordy has not been abused, but had his ears and eye removed due to cancer.
i am sad to say he recently passed away ;( you can read more about jordy's story HERE.

if only I could have in my hand the monster who caused all this suffering...I would do the same to him! the human race sucks!
I think he is one of the most adorable cats I have ever seen. He has personality.
This completely broke my heart, poor Jordy. At least now he won't be in anymore pain :(.
Omg just read the Jordy's story. I didn't even realise anything wrong was at first, I thought he was just winking! So sad.
